How does perfume change your mood?

In 1980, scientists demonstrated the function and effectiveness of odors by studying related brain waves and electromagnetic waves.

If we pinch our nose and eat an apple without the aroma of the apple it tastes like a raw potato.

Smells in general can have an impact on our physiological functions, and good smells can make us feel good and increase our appetite.

For example the scent of mint and lemon can help lift our spirits abd the smell of lavender can help us relax and help us sleep, citrus scents on the other hand can awaken our senses.

So here comes the question, for a busy female office worker, what fragrance would you recommend for her?
